FEED NUTRITION

FEED NUTRITION

Antibiotic-free farming is a systematic project, that is, it is necessary to find products that replace antibiotics in the feed to promote healthy animal growth. At the same time, during the farming process, it is also necessary to monitor the immune effect of vaccines, immune enhancers, and green and healthy biological agents (such as cytokines). ) and other comprehensive applications to prevent and control animal diseases. Biological protein feed additive is a hot spot of research and development in the feed industry at present, and it has shown excellent application prospects in my country's "antibiotic-free breeding" action.

Epidermal Growth Factor (EGF) is a milk-derived peptide substance composed of 53 amino acids, which is one of the most abundant cytokines in breast milk. It is involved in the regulation of various physiological processes. When EGF binds to EGFR, it activates tyrosine kinase activity. After binding to an ATP molecule, it stimulates the autophosphorylation of receptor tyrosine residues. The phosphorylated receptor can activate MAPK signaling. pathway, PI3K signaling pathway and PLC-γ signaling pathway, so as to exert its biological effects. It is an excellent alternative to antibiotics.

Saccharomyces cerevisiae (epidermal growth factor) product efficacy

This project uses Saccharomyces cerevisiae as an engineering bacteria to express epidermal growth factor, which not only exerts the function of Saccharomyces cerevisiae as a probiotic to regulate the structure of intestinal flora, but also plays the role of epidermal growth factor as a milk-derived cytokine to promote intestinal growth and development. , which makes it an effective alternative to antibiotics.

1) Promote intestinal development: As a mitogen, epidermal growth factor can promote the proliferation and differentiation of intestinal epithelial tissue cells, promote the development of small intestinal villi and crypts, and promote the synthesis of DNA, RNA and protein in cells, thereby promoting epithelial tissue regeneration and mucosal damage repair.

2) Promote the repair of damaged intestinal tissue: EGF is one of the effective intestinal mucosal regulators, and has a good regulatory effect on the intestinal mechanical (physical) barrier, chemical barrier, immune barrier and biological barrier functions.

3) Improve the activity of intestinal digestive enzymes: epidermal growth factor can improve the activities of pepsin, chymotrypsin, trypsin and jejunal alkaline phosphatase, sucrase, maltase and lactase in the gastrointestinal tract, improve the digestion and absorption rate of feed, and improve the Feed remuneration.

4) Improve the digestion and absorption of nutrients: EGF can effectively promote the absorption of amino acids, small peptides and glucose.
